.... for 4 years. It was expiring in Dec 2009 and they renewed it till Dec 2013. No questions asked about immigration status at all. I did have to show a utility bill to show my new address and that was it. Paid $10 and got my license.

FWIW as long as you are on H1 I think your family can always get a H4 visa outside the country based on your H1 status and reenter on H4 if that is also being considered.

I will be remoting in from a different state. My employer would not file a new labor condition application which is required.
If the employer is the same and working remotely is an option, then why move from H1B to EAD. Why not keep the current status (full time) and work remote?

company simply refused my request and said to not possible.
In another company required this letter.

Hi,
I am going to Mexico for H1b stamping next week. My I797 does not have my middle name. I used my middle name on all previous occassions like F1 Visa.
My passport also has the middle name in it.
Please let me know if anybody you know has faced such a situaiton. Is this a big deal ? Any help in this matter is highly appreciated.

I am a resident working on H1b. Got married and wife joined me in July 2010.
1. First question in the ITIN form w-7 is: Reason you are submitting Form W-7. (there are couple of options)
Is the option in my case: "Spouse of U.S. citizen/resident alien"? (and it asks for the resident's i.e. my name and SSN.)
2. Item 6d. "Identification documents submitted" ?
Options are for passport, Divers License, USCIS documentation.
My wife has all the three. Her H4 visa is stamped and valid. What all should I submit?

Hi
My I140 has been denied 2 times. 1st time was in EB3 Professional and 2nd was in EB3 Skilled worker category. I am not sure the reason for the 2nd denial since I am waiting for the notice letter.
I urgently need an attorney who has recently cleared a few cases with 3 year degree (only 3 year degree not combination with Masters / Diploma etc)
If you are someone who has 3 year degree and recently got approval, please IM me your attorney's details.

I don't know the statistics or aware of the source for the same.
But based on the most recently published Visa Bulletin, if you are from India, the cut-off date for FB2 is 22 Jan 2005. If you are not from India, then please look up the Visa Bulletin at Visa Bulletin for February 2010 (http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_4611.html).
It might take 2 to 3 months for your priority date to become current if you are an Indian Citizen [or chargeable to India].

What type of phone do you have that has that kind of image quality?
Exif data shows:
HTC - MDA_compact_IV .. which is the Tmobile name for the HTC Diamond :P.
It has a 3.2 megapixel camera. I do however believe that it doesnt really matter what camera you use, if you cant make good pictures with a pocket camera then a $2000 camera wont help either ;)

I'm looking for a web designer that could possibly help me redsign my website. I need him/her to be pretty familiar with Flash and animation.
Website will contain:
-photo gallery (photos provided)
-video clips (videos provided)
-community member profiles
-membership "join" form
-graphic effects
-guest book
-music/sound effects
-a lot of animation and graphic motion
The site will be formatted a little differently from normal sites, so be ready for a long explanation when you contact me. It's going to be a personal website and I have a fairly low budget. I need it to be $800 US or less. I'm fairly loose as far as a deadline is concerned. If you're interested, email me at stnkycheezman@hotmail.com. Hotmail has a tendency to block incoming email so you can also message me on AIM: stnkycheezman. If you'd like to take a look, my current website is OCFederation.com. I am in the exact same situation. I have already filed I-140/I-485 concurrently with the substituted labor. Now the dates are current I am filling another I-485 with my approved I-140. There is nothing wrong in what we are doing, as long we explain about the earlier filling and clarify the motive of the second filling. Eventually we should withdraw one of the two based on the outcome of substituted labor/I-140.
